My vast experience leading and managing healthcare facilities and operations around the world will bring fresh ideas, professionalism and a strong analytical approach to AHRMM’s Advisory Board. In addition to my desire to serve our great nation as a military member, I wish to voluntarily dedicate my time, experience, and professional skills as a member of AHRMM’s strategic governing board. I have what it takes to successfully represent and synergize both military and civilian supply chain professionals as we continue to grow our membership and work towards our priorities and strategic goals for 2021 and beyond.

CTO & Director of Supply Chain Management
Major Health Partners

I believe in giving back. I’ve been on both sides, I’ve been the clinician at the bedside, and the supply chain professional responsible for the quality, outcomes and financial impact on the patient and the institution. I believe that as supply chain professionals we have a huge impact on patient outcomes, quality, and satisfaction by the decisions we make and the collaboration we have with clinicians on selecting the right products. Whether it is a surgical instrument or a box of tissue we approach each with our patients care safety and comfort in mind. We also straddle the business side of healthcare and impact the financial health and success of our organizations. I would like to offer my experience and service to those who benefit from AHRMM every day.

Pam Bryant Headshot

Pamela L. Bryant, BS, MBA

Senior Vice President / Chief Supply Chain Officer
Parkland Health & Hospital System

I have been in the health care supply chain for over 20 years and have witnessed the tremendous growth of the profession. I worked with the local and state government during the disruption to identify solutions to support and protect our healthcare workers. I would like to be a part of moving AHRMM further into the conversation and advise leaders of best practices to support the global supply chain. In addition, I believe AHRMM should play a key role in the development of processes/pathways as we move manufacturing and distribution back to the U.S. that would reduce our impact and vulnerability.

Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Trinity Health

I’ve been blessed. Blessed with an amazing career that has spanned all facets of the healthcare supply chain. I ran a distribution center for one of our industries largest suppliers, started and sold a supply chain consultancy and a supply chain technology company, ran one regional GPO and founded another, led supply chain for a small IDN in a rural community and now I serve as the SVP for Supply Chain at Trinity Health. This industry has been exceptionally good to me. I would love the opportunity to give back and support AHRMM in advancing health care through supply chain excellence.

We have seen tremendous change over the past year in supply chain and healthcare in general. Supply chain as we once knew it no longer exists. We have the opportunity to make a sustainable impact on the future of our profession. With eighteen years proven success in progressive supply chain process improvement, I believe that I could be an asset to the advisory board, and I feel as a current supply chain leader I have the responsibility to demonstrate servant and transformational leadership while setting the example for future generations.

System Vice President, Supply Chain Management
MultiCare Health System

AHRMM was the first organization that I became a part of when I entered the supply chain profession 20 years ago. The education and certification that I received has helped me get to this point in my career as an executive supply chain leader. I have had the opportunity to serve on the Membership Committee of AHRMM twice encouraging and supporting dozens of supply chain professionals to obtain their CMRP. I feel that now is the right time for me personally and professionally to take this next step in my involvement with AHRMM and run for an Advisory Board member.
