COVID-19 has accelerated adoption of digital communication technology for both employees and patients. Telemedicine and work-from-home technologies have compressed, what could have been years of adoption, into months. These platforms have helped us to keep employees and patients safe during the pandemic and upended the typical way we do business. What changes will remain after the pandemic subsides? What will return? In this interview, John Blackketter, North American Manager for BusinessCare Integration for Cook Medical, will discuss ways to remain engaged with customers and teams through technology. Specific tools used to connect suppliers and customers will also be explored, along with ways to maintain a patient-centered focus, even when working remote.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss methods to engage with customers and internal teams in an environment with fewer in-person meeting opportunities.
- Review specific technology tools that connect suppliers and customers working remotely.
- Assess ways to maintain focus on the patient via technology and communication platforms.
