5. The Foundations of Procurement Badge provides a fundamental understanding of the requisition and procurement processes, the importance of data analytics, and the supply chain’s customer service role. Learners will leave with a high-level overview of contracting law and negotiations and considerations as they collaborate with vendors to evaluate pricing and analyze performance. Learners will consider the analysis of data needed to support operational performance and product utilization, and how its proper visualization can improve understanding and collaboration between supply chain, clinicians and the c-suite. This series also discusses environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
