The Pathway to Executive Leadership in Supply Chain

FLARHMM and AHRMM are co-presenting a webinar focused on executive leadership in the supply chain field. This panel will be aimed at helping young professionals and students understand what it takes to get to the next level in their careers. We will discuss career paths, the importance of mentorship and sponsorship, leadership, development and motivational styles, executive presence, and recommended education requirements to become a health care supply chain leader.

The panel will consist of Rosa Constanza - SVP Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain Management/Chief Procurement Officer Jackson Health; Keith Murphy - VP Supply Chain & Chief Supply Chain Officer University of Miami Health and Ryan Cabarrao - System Vice President – Procurement and Supply Chain Operations City of Hope. The Panel will be moderated by Kevin Groarke – Senior Enterprise Client Manager at Vizient.
