Melissa Rivera entered the supply chain world in 2020 after being dispatched to help supply chain teams distribute PPE in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. She has over a decade of experience in health education, public policy, and partnering with non-profit organizations to increase community access to health services.

In her current role, Melissa coordinates regional and system-level inventories by collaborating with a wide group of stakeholders, prioritizing patient safety and access to care. As a Certified Health Education Specialist, she uses her background to communicate and translate high-level clinical needs to operational workflows.

Melissa is passionate about creating system-level changes to positively influence the health and well-being of Coloradoans: she received a Master’s in Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health in 2018, where she was the Student Convocation Speaker and given the award for Student Excellence in Health Practice.

Missy Depinet is the Vice President of Procurement at Concordance Healthcare Solutions, where she leverages her extensive experience in procurement strategy to drive transformative changes across the organization. A recognized expert in streamlining processes, utilizing advanced technology, and delivering substantial cost savings, Missy’s expertise spans data analytics, procurement, contracting, strategic leadership, and project management.

Sarah Charai joined Cleveland Clinic as the Executive Director of Supply Chain Operations in August of 2023. In this role, she leads a team of 500 employees who support supply chain operations at Cleveland Clinic sites including an Inventory Management Center of Excellence. Sarah has over 20 years of healthcare experience developing, executing and managing system-wide supply chain strategy for large IDNs. She began her career in strategic sourcing and then stepped into progressive leadership roles on the operations side of the house. She counts mentorship, her team’s career growth and advancing women leaders among her professional pride points.
