AHRMM24 Pre-Conference: Health Care Value Analysis 101

This foundational course will focus on creating total value through principles, processes and philosophies that facilitate informed decision making for Providers, Value Analysis, Supply Chain and Suppliers in today’s state of health care. Concepts for creating total value will be shared including navigating organizational culture,  maintaining a focus on patient outcomes and identifying quality improvement opportunities through a data and clinical evidence-based integrated approach. 

Organizational strategies, policies and workstreams will be highlighted including a high-level review of the value analysis workflow, initiative repository, data resources and other tools. Attendees will also participate in one or more real-world case studies to demonstrate concepts.
