Overview
This course expands on the key strategies to improve processes for organizational performance and customer satisfaction. This course provides an overview of the primary approaches and a repertoire of methodologies that can be applied based on specific objectives and also covers how to engage employees as key players in process improvement by making continual quality improvement a standard way of doing business.
Expert-led lessons can be taken as four, 15-minute micro sessions. Each micro session has a brief quiz; the quiz offered in the final 15-minute session is comprehensive.
