Overview
This course is designed to help leaders foster a culture of continual improvement by introducing key tools, reducing variation, and empowering employees. Participants will learn to enhance team dynamics, improve communication, assess competencies, and support managers in their leadership transition.
Expert-led lessons can be taken as four, 15-minute micro sessions. Each micro session has a brief quiz; the quiz offered in the final 15-minute session is comprehensive.
