Overview
Participants will learn to explore the role of leaders in developing effective teams that meet both functional and organizational goals in recruiting, developing and retaining future leaders. Additionally, the course covers assessing competencies, addressing skill gaps, and adapting leadership styles to meet diverse situational and individual needs.
Expert-led lessons can be taken as four, 15-minute micro sessions. Each micro session has a brief quiz; the quiz offered in the final 15-minute session is comprehensive.
