Supply Chain teams across healthcare have so many incredible stories to tell and are often behind the scenes. It is time to celebrate your efforts and accomplishments. Nominations are now being accepted for the annual Heartbeat of Healthcare Supply Chain Awards. 

The Heartbeat of Healthcare is an industry-wide award that celebrates the positive and noteworthy efforts of organizations, teams, and individuals across the healthcare supply chain. Born out of the COVID-19 pandemic, this award recognizes the dedicated supply chain professionals and groups that have been quietly saving lives, accelerating innovation, and building resilience across their communities.

The Heartbeat of Healthcare Supply Chain Awards is guided by a leadership committee comprised of supply chain representatives from across the industry, including providers, trade associations, group purchasing organizations and healthcare improvement companies. 

Eligibility Requirements

1.  Individual/Team Provider Awards

Provider: Eligible organizations/teams or individuals in the provider category include acute, non-acute, long-term care organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, and home health providers. 

Application Submission Instructions:

1.  Save the Provider Nomination form to your local drive and complete by typing in the indicated fields.

2.  Responses under "Reason for Nomination" are limited to a 2000-character count per section, submissions that exceed this maximum will not be considered.

Award Presentation

The Heartbeat of Healthcare Supply Chain Awards will be presented in-person at the AHRMM24 Conference & Exhibition in Columbus, OH. The event runs from September 22-25 - Register Today. Additionally, AHRMM will recognize high-quality submissions throughout the fall and during national Supply Chain Week.
