AHRMM Data Solutions: Driving Results with Data - Hospital PMI™ and AHRMM Keys

By AHRMM

In the first half of the webinar, we will explore the Hospital PMI™, an ISM® Report On Business® vertical specific to hospitals, launched Friday, August 7, 2020. Developed in partnership with AHRMM, the Hospital PMI™ is the first report of its kind exploring data that delves into areas that specifically cover hospital supply chains. The U.S. hospital community can leverage the Hospital PMI™ data for actionable supply chain planning insights. Amid a global pandemic with COVID-19, the data represents a critical and timely opportunity to assess and better understand the status of domestic hospital supply chains.

The second half of our presentation will focus on AHRMM’s new Keys for Supply Chain Excellence (Keys) – an outline of essential Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that every health care supply chain should be measuring. The Keys were created to assist supply chain professionals within multiple settings (acute care hospitals/systems, ambulatory providers, physician organizations, integrated delivery systems, etc.) as they measure the health of their supply chain and move closer to operating from the intersection of Cost, Quality and Outcomes (CQO). This webinar will introduce the initial release of the AHRMM Keys that focus on performance in operations and finance, and will also discuss future Keys development that will frame clinical, patient safety, data standardization, resiliency and sustainability.

Speakers

  • Tom Derry, Chief Executive Officer, Institute for Supply Management
  • Steve Kiewiet, FAHRMM, FACHE, Chief Commercial Officer, Intalere, Co-Chair, AHRMM Keys Task Force, AHRMM Board Chair-Elect
