Network Supply Chain Assessments: Identifying Opportunities

By AHRMM

Due to the ever-changing health care field and continuing mergers and acquisitions, our supply chain networks can become increasingly disjointed. Project scope and data collection will be discussed, along with an example assessment of a health care system and the potential savings outcomes.
