If the subscription is not renewed by the expiration date, the user will lose access to the publication. There are no refunds on purchases.

Publication Access

After purchase, you will receive an email from noreply@aha.org with the subject line, "Important Information Regarding Your Recent AHA Purchase." This email will include a custom URL to access the publication through the Tizra® digital publishing software.

*If you purchased for another user ("end-user"), you must forward the link(s) to the "end-user(s)" for use.;Do not click on the link(s) yourself as it will only work for one user account.

*The "end-user" may log on to the Tizra® using their AHRMM User ID and Password. All subscribers will need to renew their subscriptions yearly.

No Software Required
